Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bjørn Ironside took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Cyryl Dziechciowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 7 played minutes Clube Audax Metropolitano got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Tróia. After having played for 9 minutes, Haisenberg Dolar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Audax Metropolitano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haisenberg Dolar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santo Lano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Santo Lano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Clube Audax Metropolitano from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Prats hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Quadros in the 21st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haisenberg Dolar in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santo Lano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bjørn Ironside, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Peru's Santo Lano threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 45th minute, Luz Tejedor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Clube Audax Metropolitano's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute Emirşah Berkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bjørn Ironside in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 68th minute of play forced Clube Audax Metropolitano's goalkeeper Santo Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Clube Audax Metropolitano getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Betinho Tróia hit a great ball. Clube Audax Metropolitano made a substitution. Bruno Aleixo replaced Claudinho Quadros. Emirşah Berkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Netto in the 82nd minute of play. Julian Murillo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Julian Murillo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Santo Lano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 90th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emirşah Berkman in the 93rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Maicon Mattos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Maicon Mattos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Peru fully deserved thier win.
