Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mihnea Ionițoiu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olimpiu Hârlău was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihnea Ionițoiu in the 15th minute of play. Yu Feng Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Olimpiu Hârlău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Yu Feng Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute Carpathian Wolves were awarded a corner. Mugur Timofte went to the cornerflag to take it. Carpathian Wolves's Mugur Timofte was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Feng Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău. Olimpiu Hârlău was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olimpiu Hârlău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Olimpiu Hârlău. Carpathian Wolves's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Carpathian Wolves's Yu Feng Xi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 41 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Yu Feng Xi came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Carpathian Wolves getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Philip Rosendal hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Fontirroig made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Carpathian Wolves's Romeo Ungheanu. 52 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Yu Feng Xi came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olimpiu Hârlău. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Olimpiu Hârlău in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Olimpiu Hârlău made a huge save. Olimpiu Hârlău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Ionițoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathian Wolves from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Lacasa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olimpiu Hârlău. That made the score 1-4 in the 86 minute of play. With a little luck, Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău. Olimpiu Hârlău was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihnea Ionițoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Chile supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chile would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
