Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Xavier's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Luís Fabiano Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. ARON FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz managed to reach the ball for a save.

When ARON FC's Edu Proença in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 62 minutes of play, ARON FC's Edu Proença made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Edu Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Manuel Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd match minute, ARON FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha Britto to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Illescas during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
