After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Niclas Füllkrug managed to get in a good position for a shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Teodosio Iigo. That made the score 0-4 after 55 minutes of play. The shot was a little too simple and Teodosio Iigo could save by the left post. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 80th minute. Teodosio Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. AZURDUY F.C.'s Teodosio Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save AZURDUY F.C. from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Rafael Gallo put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Teodosio Iigo. Peru's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
