Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Franco got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute Armand Mondon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Perthes United's Hercule Basque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perthes United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrice Lambolez in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Armand Mondon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Perthes United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart De Castro to maneuver through the defense. Loïc Curt hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Hercule Basque came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Armand Mondon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 37 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Perthes United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Édouard Vie hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armand Mondon to make the kick off. Hercule Basque did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso 51 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Marie Sanquer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Franco in the 58th minute of play forced Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jean-Marie Sanquer having to make a save. In the 66th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Marie Sanquer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Perthes United's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Jean-Marie Sanquer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Marie Sanquer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Perthes United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrice Lambolez to maneuver through the defense. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jean-Marie Sanquer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Jean-Marie Sanquer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 76th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Perthes United got a freekick which was hit by Hercule Basque. In the 78th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Jean-Marie Sanquer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 84th minute of play. Bart De Castro hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 88th minute of play forced Perthes United's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Sanquer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Perthes United's Hercule Basque sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jean-Marie Sanquer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Perthes United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrice Lambolez in the 96th minute. Bruno Beldad tried in the 96th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Joaquin Gayoso a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-4. The Perthes United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
