An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. 赵云 in the 40th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Erhan Ascı scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Noboa, making the score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ege Nesip replaced Erdinç Sarıalp. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gothic Souls fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Gothic Souls:s Lemi Uğurlubey showed great skill when he stopped Luz Tejedor:s penalty. 66 minutes into the game, Eliseo Mina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lemi Uğurlubey. Eliseo Mina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lemi Uğurlubey saved Gothic Souls from getting behind. Ege Nesip made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Erenay Uçuk. In the 79th match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Olivos to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute Tamer Özgu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lemi Uğurlubey made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Rafael Gallo sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Peru players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gothic Souls.
