Lemi Uğurlubey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lemi Uğurlubey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lemi Uğurlubey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Gothic Souls's Ege Nesip was substituted for Erdinç Sarıalp. 64 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lemi Uğurlubey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Erhan Ascı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gothic Souls's supporters rose to their feet, but Erhan Ascı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Tamer Özgu replaced Levent Itzov. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. After a rather tough play, Gothic Souls's Olaf Babicki got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Erhan Ascı made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares was a little too slow when Erhan Ascı got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 4-5. In the 91st minute, Erhan Ascı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-7. Gothic Souls's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
