Zico Galo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 3 played minutes, Todos al Fondo's Ivon Curiel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Todos al Fondo reached it. With an all-out effort, Velho Barreiro FC's Orlando Rivera threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Naldo Guerra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Todos al Fondo's Orlando Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Galo in the 8th minute of play. Orlando Rivera made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Naldo Guerra sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Galo in the 17th minute of play forced Todos al Fondo's goalkeeper Orlando Rivera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iker Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurito Boselli in the 19th minute of the match. Orlando Rivera came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Velho Barreiro FC's Panagiotis Stamatas. But to his dismay, Panagiotis Stamatas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Todos al Fondo's Orlando Rivera got control of the ball when Ferid Eker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iker Hidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurito Boselli in the 27th minute of play. Orlando Rivera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Galo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Hidalgo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurito Boselli, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurito Boselli in the 34th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Maurito Boselli notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo. Iker Hidalgo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Vânderson Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute of the match Ivon Curiel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iker Hidalgo skillfully saved the ball. Iker Hidalgo came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Todos al Fondo's Yu Nan Li. But to his dismay, Yu Nan Li quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Iker Hidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurito Boselli in the 43rd minute of play. Orlando Rivera made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Naldo Guerra sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Todos al Fondo booed when Velho Barreiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bai Ang didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Todos al Fondo were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justino Gotzon to make the kick off. Orlando Rivera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Orlando Rivera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Naldo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Todos al Fondo's Orlando Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bai Ang in the 59th minute of play. Velho Barreiro FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michel Siqueira in the 60th minute. The corner ended in Michel Siqueira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Todos al Fondo's Orlando Rivera did a great save. Todos al Fondo's Orlando Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferid Eker in the 64th minute of play. Jacobo Fidele could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Iker Hidalgo made a huge save. With a little luck, Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo got control of the ball when Jacobo Fidele tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Velho Barreiro FC's Bai Ang got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Velho Barreiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Guerra. 75 minutes into the match, Velho Barreiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Gotzon came free, but Iker Hidalgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zico Galo in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Rivera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ferid Eker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Justino Gotzon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Hidalgo was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Elizardo Moyua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Hidalgo having to interfere. Naldo Guerra scored 2-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orlando Rivera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Todos al Fondo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Todos al Fondo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
