Adrian Durbac kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, ARCADA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Edgar Vlădean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes, Adrian Durbac mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ARCADA FC and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mexico booed when ARCADA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Durbac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Aurel Vuşcan sent off a good shot on target. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ARCADA FC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilian Achifoaiei took the corner. After taking down the ball on ARCADA FC's corner Emilian Achifoaiei fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. Stelian Hidiș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the match, ARCADA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Edgar Vlădean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ARCADA FC's Edgar Vlădean did a great save. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ARCADA FC's Aurel Vuşcan got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Aurel Vuşcan made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Aurel Vuşcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Vuşcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Adrian Durbac kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Vlădean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Vlădean came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Edgar Vlădean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ARCADA FC's Emil Hârtopanu was substituted for Adrian Durbac. The throw-in from Daniel Stoicea in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mexico's Macos Graciani. If Aurel Vuşcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Vuşcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Vuşcan in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Anuyayin Paranjpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Joel Gaona got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Aurel Vuşcan succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-2. Edgar Vlădean showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 87th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Joel Gaona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Vlădean was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Edgar Vlădean could save by the left post. Marian Florean kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mexico players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ARCADA FC.
