Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Carabia kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 6th minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Xarles Herrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcelo Salas who took care of the corner kick. Marcelo Salas made a great header on Azul Y Plomo's corner, it was just that Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso managed to reach the ball for a save. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Xarles Herrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 19th minute of the match. Francisco Seco scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xarles Herrero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martinez Pelaci in the 26th minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, Azul Y Plomo's Martinez Pelaci made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th match minute, Azul Y Plomo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Salas to maneuver through the defense. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. Xarles Herrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xarles Herrero was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xarles Herrero, 2-2. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xarles Herrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Azul Y Plomo's Alfredo Cevallo was substituted for Bone Sovera. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Xarles Herrero made a huge save. Maximiliano Escribano struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Xarles Herrero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Xarles Herrero made a huge save. A hard shot 84 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Xarles Herrero managed to make a qualified save. Azul Y Plomo's players were relieved. Maximiliano Escribano struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Xarles Herrero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xarles Herrero. Xarles Herrero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
