Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. If Jiang Yi Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Corinthians's Cristiano Messi. But to his dismay, Cristiano Messi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iván Urtzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Cristiano Messi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Cristiano Messi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano threw the ball into play from the sideline. Corinthians's Leopoldo Palmeira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Şensoy Sualp with González Speed as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Cristiano Messi sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Cristiano Messi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Cristiano Messi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 25 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jiang Yi Chong who took care of the corner kick. Jiang Yi Chong made a great header on Corinthians's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Cristiano Messi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacy Kinic got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jiang Yi Chong who took care of the corner kick. 44 minutes into the match, Cristiano Messi notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Cristiano Messi made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Cristiano Messi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Messi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 59 minutes into the match, Corinthians's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Jaime Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiril Biradzhiev hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Guillermo Mariano made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Corinthians's Leopoldo Palmeira. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Messi in the 65th minute of play. Corinthians's Cristiano Messi got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Corinthians booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Messi in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 84th minute of play forced Corinthians's goalkeeper Jaime Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şensoy Sualp didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Corinthians players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
