Melik Erbatur took the corner. The supporters of Peru booed when 7 BELA HÜSNÜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. If Kutalp Teksen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the game Mert Perkel made a throw-in which 洪飞正 played forward. 53 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Oktay Dalga came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serhat Semin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Serhat Semin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Oktay Dalga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Yusuf Ziya Erva fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 7 BELA HÜSNÜ's protests and gave Yusuf Ziya Erva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Yusuf Ziya Erva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 BELA HÜSNÜ made a substitution. Asaf Kural replaced Ahmet Orhan Sözer. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind 7 BELA HÜSNÜ's goalkeeper Serhat Semin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Kutalp Teksen sent off a good shot on target. Mert Perkel's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mert Perkel helped the player get up and apologised. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. After 92 played minutes 7 BELA HÜSNÜ got a freekick which was hit by Mert Perkel. If Kutalp Teksen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
