Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juan Funes got the match started through his kick off. Varis Birgelis might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Varis Birgelis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Brown to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Varis Birgelis came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, River CBBA's Argoitz Abeijon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Argoitz Abeijon came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Mcdonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Marcelo Barovero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Beltza. In the 43rd minute, Cassius Byrne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cassius Byrne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcelo Barovero. That made the score 1-0 in the 47 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. Boğaçhan Akyel's late challenge caught a USA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boğaçhan Akyel helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes River CBBA got a freekick which was hit by Boğaçhan Akyel. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matías Almeida during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to River CBBA getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Matías Almeida hit a great ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Funes in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Juan Funes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River CBBA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. River CBBA's Endura Abechuco was substituted for Argoitz Abeijon. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ponciano Abarca in the 89th minute of play. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes River CBBA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Monty Rogers who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Monty Rogers almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but River CBBA's Marcelo Barovero did a great save. The audience was convinced that Sam Campbell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Barovero was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Ponciano Abarca tried to sneak it across the goal line. USA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing River CBBA to leave the ground with a draw.
