Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 47th minute Thiago Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giovanni Custódio was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Custódio came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute Ian Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dagoberto Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 66th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dagoberto Veiga could save by the left post. Dagoberto Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Dagoberto Veiga did a great save. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Pinho in the 95th minute of the match. Mexico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SE Tijolo 6 Furos had won, even though Mexico had held more of the ball.
