Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dino Maquiano took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute Lode Rouvroys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Kickers United's Olaf Kochowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dino Maquiano in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lode Rouvroys in the 24th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cederik Huts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Kickers United's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Cederik Huts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Dino Maquiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cederik Huts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42nd play minutes Joel Gaona shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Cederik Huts and just under the crossbar into goal. Iwan Banach charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iwan Banach the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iwan Banach kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Debruyn in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Cederik Huts in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 69th minute of play forced Kickers United's goalkeeper Cederik Huts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cederik Huts made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Maquiano came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kickers United made a substitution. Antonio Netels replaced Dionisio Gartzi. Dionisio Gartzi kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Maquiano in the 80th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cederik Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 85th minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Alberto Tafalla heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The supporters of Kickers United booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Cazalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Maquiano in the 90th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cederik Huts was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cederik Huts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 96th minute of the match. Kickers United succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mexico had controlled the match.
