Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Barr Point's CJ Street started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barr Point's Chris Bowler got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Den Newland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. CJ Street could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 29thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barr Point's Jude Bonham was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Den Newland struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barr Point. When Guillermo Mariano fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Den Newland in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Louis Hudson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute of the match Barr Point got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. CJ Street ran over to the corner to take the kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from CJ Street, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Louis Hudson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. CJ Street recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 70th match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Hudson to maneuver through the defense. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jude Bonham made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Chris Bowler struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barr Point. In the 79th minute, CJ Street made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If CJ Street had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Chris Bowler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CJ Street received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Barr Point fully deserved thier win.
