Sonny Ahlerot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute, Olgierd Kaczanka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sonny Ahlerot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Gwidon Tomaka made the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 51st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Brunatni Bełchatów's Sonny Ahlerot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Brunatni Bełchatów from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Sonny Ahlerot in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Niewiadomski in the 79th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwidon Tomaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
