Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gottlieb Hammer took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Gottlieb Hammer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Gottlieb Hammer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th match minute, Balus Treter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottlieb Hammer to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Gottlieb Hammer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 1-0. In the 18th minute, Lukas Prielhofer had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Gottlieb Hammer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 30th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Hannes Esch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balus Treter and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Gottlieb Hammer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Zielinski having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute Gottlieb Hammer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Balus Treter's Jacob van der Werff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 64 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Karsten Zielinski managed to make a qualified save. Balus Treter's players were relieved. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gottlieb Hammer went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karsten Zielinski having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Zielinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob van der Werff in the 74th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Gottlieb Hammer. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 77th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten Zielinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gottlieb Hammer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Balus Treter's Gottlieb Hammer. But to his dismay, Gottlieb Hammer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Karsten Zielinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gottlieb Hammer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Felix Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Cristian Sancho did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-2 to the left of a surprised Karsten Zielinski 95 minutes into the match. The Balus Treter players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
