Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberto Tafallas short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Aprígio Montenegro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Aprígio Montenegro made a huge save. Aprígio Montenegro made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. When CheR FC's José Luis Cher in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. Aprígio Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, CheR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Aprígio Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aprígio Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 35th minute of play. Joel Gaona succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 35th playminute. In the 47th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aprígio Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Luis Cher was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, CheR FC's Manuel Gaxan got a free kick in the 58th minute.
