In the 3rd minute of the match, Junior Lamela tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Renatinho Lago took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Luis Andino came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Andino couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Brack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Brack having to interfere. When Dobromir Cwenar fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szczakersi RACIBUR's protests and gave Dobromir Cwenar a yellow card for diving instead. Leon Brack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Brack read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leon Brack quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 38 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by D.J. 董卓. D.J. 董卓's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. D.J. 董卓 struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szczakersi RACIBUR. Junior Lamela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 48th minute of play forced Szczakersi RACIBUR's goalkeeper Leon Brack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Brack having to interfere. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leon Brack. Leon Brack dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Lamela in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the match Szczakersi RACIBUR got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mikolaj Kosmatka ran over to the corner to take the kick. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Brack having to interfere. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Leon Brack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Renatinho Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Szczakersi RACIBUR's Leon Brack got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leon Brack. That made the score 1-2 in the 65 minute of play. Izydor Motyl hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Renatinho Lago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from D.J. 董卓, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xabier 张飞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xabier 张飞 kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Renatinho Lago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
