In the 31st minute Dinamita on Grass were awarded a corner. Leandro Paredes went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vito Castelao saved Dinamita on Grass from getting behind. Dinamita on Grass's Vito Castelao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Dinamita on Grass's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Julian Murillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vito Castelao quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vito Castelao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artur Bachor in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Dinamita on Grass booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luz Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oier Paz made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artur Bachor to strike the kick off in the second half. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Vito Castelao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Artur Bachor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Bogumil Chowaniec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dinamita on Grass's Amat Serena was substituted for Artur Bachor. In the 64th match minute, Dinamita on Grass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Chowaniec to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Peru's Vito Castelao threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eliseo Mina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Dinamita on Grass booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball.
