An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 36th minute of play forced Roncourt's goalkeeper Brian Fumey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brian Fumey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 38th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Roncourt's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Brian Fumey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean-Marc Kazmierczak was the one to do the kick off.
