The corner led to KAMILOS's Konrad Lodowy getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, KAMILOS's Konrad Lodowy got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerzy Blicharz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Roland Alström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play. After 43 played minutes KAMILOS got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Lodowy. Michal Banan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Alström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Roland Alström managed to make a qualified save. KAMILOS's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Roland Alström in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, KAMILOS's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Arias came free, but Roland Alström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. KAMILOS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montenegro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Alström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KAMILOS's Roland Alström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Roland Alström made a huge save. KAMILOS's Roland Alström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save KAMILOS from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute of play forced KAMILOS's goalkeeper Roland Alström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Zorita to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Lodowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Roland Alström made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, KAMILOS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Roland Alström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roland Alström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador played a much better game than KAMILOS and deserved their victory. The KAMILOS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
