Flavio Pan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthony De Nardis charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony De Nardis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anthony De Nardis hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Armin Trivelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. In the 23rd minute Armin Trivelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Federico Pala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Paris's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Paris helped the player get up and apologised. Flavio Paris hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Flavio Paris put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Pan having to interfere.

In the 51stth minute of the game Flavio Paris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Armin Trivelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PomeziaRamblers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Trivelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Federico Pala's late challenge caught a Paraguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Pala helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes PomeziaRamblers got a freekick which was hit by Federico Pala. After 67 minutes, Hector Covarrubias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the PomeziaRamblers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Pan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corrado Muzzolon kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 91 minutes of play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Pan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paraguay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
