Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mor Vidlák started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yao Yang Peng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Yao Yang Peng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match, Mor Vidlák tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 13 minutes, Rodolfo Britto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vidlákov SK and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vidlákov SK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Rodolfo Britto hit a great ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vidlákov SK's goalkeeper Yao Yang Peng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Vidlákov SK's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Yao Yang Peng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Vidlákov SK's Johny Vidlák slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. In the 27th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mor Vidlák might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mor Vidlák ran back to his position shaking his head. Xie Yang's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xie Yang helped the player get up and apologised. 33 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yao Yang Peng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Vidlákov SK booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johny Vidlák in the 42nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Primitivo Andino during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Mor Vidlák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vidlákov SK's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yao Yang Peng came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Xie Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johny Vidlák, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Johny Vidlák fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vidlákov SK's protests and gave Johny Vidlák a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vidlákov SK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Johny Vidlák hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Yao Yang Peng in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Johny Vidlák kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Vidlákov SK's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yao Yang Peng came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 93 played minutes Vidlákov SK got a freekick which was hit by Xie Yang.
