Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neşat İsrafil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Mocaph SC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Mocaph SC's Tales de Azevedo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Mocaph SC's Christian Amaral. But to his dismay, Christian Amaral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 94 minutes into the game, Christian Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mocaph SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. After 94 played minutes Mocaph SC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Amaral. Honduras's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Mocaph SC had won, even though Honduras had held more of the ball.
