Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edílson Souza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Fifth Chicken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabahattin Tuncaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Bobrowski kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Edílson Souza came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edílson Souza in the 18th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Fifth Chicken got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Bartochowski. Edílson Souza took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 34th minute, Edílson Souza made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 37th minute, Edílson Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kazimierz Sliwinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Kazimierz Sliwinski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso did a great save.

After having played for 52 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fifth Chicken's Kazimierz Siekierski was substituted for Herbert Bobrowski. 68 minutes in the game Jaime Cazalla did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Camilo Franco. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobri Koks having to interfere. When Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 81 minutes, Waldemar Tipinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fifth Chicken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waldemar Tipinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Waldemar Tipinski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Waldemar Tipinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fifth Chicken's Dobri Koks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Fifth Chicken from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Tipinski in the 95th minute of play.
