Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laur Pererahu in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Luz Tejedor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virgo Lööper was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Laur Pererahu in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rolando Noboa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 20 in the game by Laur Pererahu from a close distance when the talented Rolando Noboa managed to make a qualified save. Peru's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Muuga United's goalkeeper Virgo Lööper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Brudnicki came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Brudnicki in the 27th minute of play. Janar Taelma's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Rolando Noboa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Janar Taelma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Rolando Noboa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 31 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgo Lööper narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anastasio Porfirio made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Laur Pererahu immediately put the ball in play. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Muuga United's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Janar Taelma to make the kick off. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Anastasio Porfirio with Agur Vabamäe as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 54th minute, Dariusz Brudnicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Virgo Lööper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janar Taelma in the 57th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janar Taelma in the 60th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, FC Muuga United's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Virgo Lööper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Di Natale kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Peru booed when FC Muuga United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Di Natale didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Laur Pererahu came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Mina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 75 minutes, Janar Taelma made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Peru's Rolando Noboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Muuga United's Laur Pererahu. But to his dismay, Laur Pererahu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 88th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Prats to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute FC Muuga United were awarded a corner. Federico Di Natale went to the cornerflag to take it. Federico Di Natale made a great header on FC Muuga United's corner, it was just that Peru's Rolando Noboa managed to reach the ball for a save. Elmas Violento made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Teet Vahing came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Muuga United were furious when Remigio Jerold was red carded, 95 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Virgo Lööper had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Eliseo Mina's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Virgo Lööper had great luck who in the 98thth minute grab hold of the ball when Rafael Gallo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 100th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. Peru's Eliseo Mina was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgo Lööper in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With his leg Virgo Lööper managed to avoid a goal in the 100thth minute, when Peru's Rafael Gallo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Peru's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
