Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pavel Ilgov got the match started through his kick off. Nourredine Aggoune made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Nourredine Aggoune to make any attempt to save it. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nourredine Aggoune. Nourredine Aggoune dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 14th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. If Andrzej Kinic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nourredine Aggoune firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 29thth minute of the game Pavel Ilgov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, FC Ribba's Nourredine Aggoune got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Pavel Ilgov notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nourredine Aggoune, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nourredine Aggoune having to interfere. Nourredine Aggoune showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of the match. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Camilo Gisbert with Agustín Saelices as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 56 minutes into the match, FC Ribba's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Nourredine Aggoune reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Ribba's Birger Skålberg was substituted for Anfilogino Pio. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC Ribba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sungur Rehber didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 64th minute of play forced FC Ribba's goalkeeper Nourredine Aggoune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Pavel Ilgov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ribba's supporters rose to their feet, but Pavel Ilgov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nourredine Aggoune read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. After 72 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nourredine Aggoune was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Ilgov in the 75th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Ilgov in the 84th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavel Ilgov might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pavel Ilgov ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Ilgov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
