But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torrey Molloy couldn't finish the play. Lucio Ur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lucio Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torrey Molloy in the 37th minute of play. Codruț Domuță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lucio Ur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brujas KV's Petruț Dicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Barış Yorangil in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Barış Yorangil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petruț Dicu was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Brujas KV's Manoel Cunha got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 47th match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Orlo to maneuver through the defense. Brujas KV's Martin Mundo was substituted for Ilkay Gündoğan. Brujas KV's Conrado Romero was substituted for Torrey Molloy. A collision led to C. A. Potrero getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Mariano Orlo hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Codruț Domuță made the kick off in the second half. Lucio Ur came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Brujas KV's Codruț Domuță. But to his dismay, Codruț Domuță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Lucio Ur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Mundo in the 57th minute of the match. C. A. Potrero made a substitution. Mateusz Marajda replaced Mustafa Barış Yorangil. In the 66th minute of the game Manoel Cunha made a throw-in which Codruț Domuță played forward. In the 71st match minute, Brujas KV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Brujas KV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edgardo Rozarius in the 84th minute. In the 90th minute, C. A. Potrero's Özgür Onur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Petruț Dicu. Petruț Dicu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. C. A. Potrero's Mero Quijana quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edgardo Rozarius, made in the 97th minute of the game. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
