The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Seco got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Duda Arce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Zuera Never End MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zuera Never End MZC's Duda Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Zuera Never End MZC defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duda Arce. The Zuera Never End MZC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duda Arce should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Zuera Never End MZC's Cherif Gomez got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Prestes to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Cazalla struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Duda Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. In the 26th match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Duda Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-3 became the score in the 37th minute when Francisco Seco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Alberto Gisbert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Duda Arce. Zuera Never End MZC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Gisbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duda Arce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cherif Gomez to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Duda Arce in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Uruguay's Francisco Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Duda Arce when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Duda Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 62 minutes of play, Uruguay's Camilo Franco made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duda Arce was left in no man's land by his defense there! 0-8 became the score in the 66th minute when Francisco Seco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Francisco Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duda Arce was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Francisco Seco in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Duda Arce, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Duda Arce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 77th minute. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duda Arce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francisco Seco in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Duda Arce, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Cherif Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Duda Arce in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 played minutes Zuera Never End MZC got a freekick which was hit by Cherif Gomez. A sloppy throw-in by Raí Recife in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Uruguay's Camilo Franco. In the 94th minute, Zuera Never End MZC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Seco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 94 minutes, Cristian da Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zuera Never End MZC and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Zuera Never End MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Franco came free in the 98th minute and tried to tip the ball over Duda Arce, but to the joy of Zuera Never End MZC's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
