Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rafael Garcia's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 36 minutes, Fabrício Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. US DI BESTI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrício Sabóia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agostinho Soares saved US DI BESTI FC from getting behind. 40 minutes into the match, US DI BESTI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Agostinho Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agostinho Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Agostinho Soares didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Agostinho Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in US DI BESTI FC's zone, Milagros Cabal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agostinho Soares came out of the goal and Milagros Cabal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Milagros Cabal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 minutes, Hugo Carioca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the US DI BESTI FC and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes US DI BESTI FC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Carioca. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The throw-in from Jaen Fresno in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agostinho Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Honduras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
