Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Panama's corner Abraham Alguacil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jardel Falcão quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Norberto Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Maraponga FAC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Jardel Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maraponga FAC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento scored to the left of an out of position Jardel Falcão, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Panama booed when Maraponga FAC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maraponga FAC's Jardel Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Maraponga FAC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Alguacil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes of play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jardel Falcão was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Maraponga FAC defense, Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jardel Falcão. The Maraponga FAC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jardel Falcão should have stopped the shot. Jardel Falcão was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Berganza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Maraponga FAC's Lê Thuram got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th match minute Abraham Alguacil ran free in the middle of the field and shot a long shot which scored behind a totally surprised Jardel Falcão. 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcinho Simões to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jardel Falcão was left in no man's land by his defense there! 55 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jardel Falcão. Maraponga FAC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Berganza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 60 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jardel Falcão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jardel Falcão was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Richard Tróia charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Tróia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Richard Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel Falcão having to interfere. Orlando Silveira's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. Orlando Silveira hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Maraponga FAC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Jardel Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Panama booed when Maraponga FAC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 75th minute. Jardel Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 81st minute of the match. Richard Tróia hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Jardel Falcão came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panama fully deserved thier win.
