FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 9th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Kristian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Allan Pettersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kristian Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Kristian Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian-Federico Overman in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nuno Caires was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Wingspan's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on FC Wingspan's corner Nuno Caires fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. 26 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Kristian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Colombia's Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristian Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 57th minute of play. FC Wingspan's Kristian Modig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FC Wingspan from getting a goal against them. With his leg Kristian Modig managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Colombia's Axel Montenegro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 69 minutes into the match, FC Wingspan's goalkeeper Kristian Modig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. A collision led to FC Wingspan getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Victorio Gabrio hit a great ball. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Kristian Modig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute Ignacio Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Modig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
