In the 27th minute Serginho Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Wayan Freeman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cleiton do Vale in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Demonde Jacobson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finlay Stair didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton do Vale in the 39th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Finlay Stair got free with Humberto de Azevedo in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 played minutes C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Bezerra. 44 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Finlay Stair came free, but Humberto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 48 minutes of play, Jamaica's Finlay Stair made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Humberto de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finlay Stair, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Cleiton do Vale hit a great ball. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serginho Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino de Senna might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demonde Jacobson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severino de Senna ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the game, Yuri Bezerra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jamaica the free kick. Cleiton do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Marco Arruda hit a great ball. After 98 minutes of play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Serginho Leão made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demonde Jacobson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
