Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) LEBRON's Epifanio Harkaitz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Danisiewicz came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milagros Fraga in the 5th minute of play forced LEBRON's goalkeeper Yin Chuan Feng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Julian Murillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Danisiewicz in the 11th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute, Anthony Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LEBRON's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Santxol in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Luz Tejedor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yin Chuan Feng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, LEBRON's Luo Qing Xi got a free kick in the 28th minute. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yin Chuan Feng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Yin Chuan Feng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Peru booed when LEBRON was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Scharff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yin Chuan Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, LEBRON's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Yin Chuan Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Lautaro Acosta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcin Danisiewicz in the 42nd minute. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Acosta, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Yin Chuan Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Peru were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ferdi Uluç in the 59 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 61st minute. Arnaldo Santxol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Harkaitz in the 68th minute of play. LEBRON made a substitution. Ariel Lopez replaced Epifanio Harkaitz. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yin Chuan Feng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ferdi Uluç made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. If Antonio Tenorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Gallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Yin Chuan Feng made a huge save. After 91st play minutes Rafael Gallo shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Yin Chuan Feng and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 93 minutes, Antonio Tenorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Tenorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
