Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 18th minute. Undertakers made a substitution. With a little luck, Undertakers's Bernardo Pelayo got control of the ball when Isidoro Sarmiento tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Guillem Agulló managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Undertakers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillem Agulló was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Undertakers were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillem Agulló was the one to do the kick off. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillem Agulló, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Undertakers's Bernardo Pelayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 54th minute of play. Bernardo Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Carita during the 57th minute. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillem Agulló's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Undertakers's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Bernardo Pelayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Undertakers's Bernardo Pelayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 96th minute of play. The Undertakers players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
