After a rather tough play, AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s Gonçalo Montenegro got a free kick in the 4th minute. Bogdan Bogdanović's late challenge caught a AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogdan Bogdanović helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Edinho Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 played minutes AF GuiFiguer OUT!! got a freekick which was hit by Ali Erdem Özalpsan. Dacian Săraru, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s goalkeeper Félix Mielle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Cássio Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Club 23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Dracena couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s zone, Cássio Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Félix Mielle came out of the goal and Cássio Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 played minutes AF GuiFiguer OUT!! got a freekick which was hit by Danny Poncet. The supporters of AF GuiFiguer OUT!! booed when Club 23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danny Poncet made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hugo Laguna immediately put the ball in play. 32 minutes into the game, Cássio Dracena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Félix Mielle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Leonard Chodzinski fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club 23's protests and gave Leonard Chodzinski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Club 23 getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Leonard Chodzinski hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Dracena came free, but Félix Mielle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio Dracena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Félix Mielle having to make a save. Cássio Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cássio Dracena was the one to do the kick off. Cássio Dracena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Félix Mielle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 56th minute of the match Club 23 got a corner. AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dacian Săraru ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Club 23's Dacian Săraru to fire away a dangerous shot which Félix Mielle despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Club 23's Cássio Dracena got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Club 23's Cássio Dracena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Félix Mielle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 62 played minutes AF GuiFiguer OUT!! got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Laguna. Félix Mielle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović in the 66th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Cássio Dracena took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Félix Mielle to make any attempt to save it. After 72 minutes AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dacian Săraru who took care of the corner kick. Dacian Săraru made a great header on Club 23's corner, it was just that AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s Félix Mielle managed to reach the ball for a save. Cássio Dracena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Félix Mielle made a huge save. In the 79th minute of the game Danny Poncet made a throw-in which Yuri Loureiro played forward. 80 minutes into the match, Volodya Kirov notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s Félix Mielle. Félix Mielle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Danny Poncet made in the 85th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yuri Loureiro. 88 minutes into the game, Cássio Dracena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Félix Mielle. Cássio Dracena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Félix Mielle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cássio Dracena in the 93rd minute.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Club 23 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
