If Zeledon Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ played a much better game than POSSE 1911 FC and deserved their victory. The POSSE 1911 FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
