Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Zakrzewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Zakrzewski in the 31st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Janusz Zakrzewski made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Petru Cepoi made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Teobald Gierasik immediately put the ball in play. Janusz Zakrzewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janusz Zakrzewski ran back to his position shaking his head. After 78 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, Bękarty Wojny's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Dominik Zworski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Birkenhagen struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bękarty Wojny.
