Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Eduardo Fontirroig hit a great ball. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LUPI's Beppe Longo got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Orsini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Chicote went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 21st match minute, LUPI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia Renzi to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Ferrant's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Orsini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Ismael Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, LUPI's Alex Abbagnale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Freixa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Abbagnale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elia Renzi during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elia Renzi kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Alex Abbagnale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Longo in the 38th minute of the match. Beppe Longo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, LUPI's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Chicote came free, but Bernardo Orsini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Orsini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Orsini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Fontirroig went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Bolivia booed when LUPI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elia Renzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardo Orsini came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bolivia reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Bernardo Orsini was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Eduardo Fontirroig capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eduardo Fontirroig really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Bernardo Orsini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Fernandino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 62 minute of play. LUPI's Bernardo Orsini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save LUPI from getting a goal against them. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe Longo in the 70th minute of play. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardo Orsini came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduardo Fontirroig slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute, Elia Renzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardo Orsini came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Bernardo Orsini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in LUPI's zone, Eduardo Fontirroig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Orsini came out of the goal and Eduardo Fontirroig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Bolivia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LUPI.
