Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rüfät Salmanov started the match with the kick off. Häsän Bädiyev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Abşeron booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camaläddin Bağiyev took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Häsän Bädiyev was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Häsän Bädiyev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasya Utanov in the 27th minute. Äkbär Atakişiyev hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute of play forced Abşeron's goalkeeper Häsän Bädiyev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Rüfät Salmanov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rüfät Salmanov really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. In the 38th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Häsän Bädiyev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasya Utanov got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute Camaläddin Bağiyev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 46th minute of play forced Abşeron's goalkeeper Häsän Bädiyev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Vasya Utanov tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasya Utanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Häsän Bädiyev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Häsän Bädiyev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After 64 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Miralles. Vasya Utanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Möhübbät Räfiyev scored 4-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Berganza to maneuver through the defense. Abşeron's Häsän Bädiyev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 77th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Abşeron's Vasya Utanov. But to his dismay, Vasya Utanov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasya Utanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Abşeron's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Häsän Bädiyev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Vasya Utanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camaläddin Bağiyev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasya Utanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abşeron were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
