Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agah Özver in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, 《☆GERMEÇSPOR☆》's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Ahmet Necdet Has reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Chile got a corner. 《☆GERMEÇSPOR☆》's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Ünal Özaltuğ's late challenge caught a Chile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ünal Özaltuğ helped the player get up and apologised. Chile made a substitution. Julio Aguayo replaced Guillermo Fontirroig. A collision led to 《☆GERMEÇSPOR☆》 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ünal Özaltuğ hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Agah Özver sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Necdet Has saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ünal Özaltuğ hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 《☆GERMEÇSPOR☆》's Ahmet Necdet Has played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 46th minute of play.

The Chile supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chile would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
