Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Radomil Hodyl. In the 4th minute, Maximiliano Celio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Maximiliano Celio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maximiliano Celio might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Celio ran back to his position shaking his head. Laureano Belasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Racing Comunicaciones getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Saturnino Roldan hit a great ball. Laureano Belasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 18th minute of the match. Rodolfo Hanot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Belasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laureano Belasko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 29th minute of play forced Racing Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Laureano Belasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Egoitz hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Belasko having to interfere. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Laureano Belasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Saturnino Roldan hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodolfo Hanot to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Aaron Barrios slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laureano Belasko. That made the score 0-1 after 51 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Laureano Belasko to make any attempt to save it. 69 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Hanot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodolfo Hanot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After having played for 73 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnino Roldan during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Panama booed when Racing Comunicaciones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Alex Cambeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laureano Belasko. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 82nd match minute, Racing Comunicaciones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Janpier to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Belasko skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Maximiliano Celio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Maximiliano Celio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Rutkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Comunicaciones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. In the 86th minute, one of Racing Comunicaciones:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Racing Comunicaciones. Laureano Belasko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
