Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Göran Olofsson kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Emanuel Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Hedlund hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Göran Olofsson had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Göran Olofsson succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, FC Snipers's Göran Olofsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Hedlund got free with Benito Sanz in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Göran Olofsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Emanuel Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, FC Snipers's Göran Olofsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Lennart Svensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Lennart Svensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Arman Bremming received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Olofsson in the 52nd minute of the match. Eliseo Noboa's late challenge caught a FC Snipers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Noboa helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. In the 59th match minute, FC Snipers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Hedlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tasis in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Brandin saved FC Snipers from getting behind. After 76 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. The audience was convinced that Göran Olofsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Olofsson came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes of play Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 84th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Lennart Svensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Snipers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
