Pedro Manzanares didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 14th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Alessandro Luther made in the 18th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Augusto Saldanha. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Saldanha in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Falcão Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute, Santino Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augusto Saldanha in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Santino Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Falcão Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Augusto Saldanha sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. In the 42nd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Gracie Barra's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Carballar came free, but Falcão Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Saldanha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Falcão Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 54th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Gracie Barra made a substitution. Jago Štriker replaced Pedro Velloso. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Abram Secada hit a great ball. In the 78th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel de Lara went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 9-3 was the resulting score. If Emanuel de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute Emanuel de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falcão Cunha was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Ignacio Mastache capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignacio Mastache really showed his touch with that goal: 10-4. In the 97th minute, Emanuel de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gracie Barra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-4.
