Celil Yanal kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dedé Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dedé Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Izydor Smolak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's goalkeeper Dedé Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Daniel Zorita in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dedé Alves, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hjalmar Pettersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Pettersson in the 55th minute of the match. Hjalmar Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After 59 played minutes YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ got a freekick which was hit by Celil Yanal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Pettersson in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celil Yanal to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ecuador booed when YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celil Yanal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dedé Alves. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 82ndth minute of the game Hjalmar Pettersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Pettersson in the 88th minute of the match. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ecuador played a much better game than YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ and deserved their victory. The YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
