Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eugênio de Carvalho kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jailson Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. In the 10th minute Roderick van Boxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jailson Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 11th minute of the match. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roderick van Boxel in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Benê Fernandez came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugênio de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jailson Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a free kick in the 19th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Sarmiento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Jailson Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Soares having to interfere. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugênio de Carvalho in the 40th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jailson Soares saved Breguete FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Panama's Aaron Barrios got a free kick in the 44th minute. Jailson Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Breguete FC's Jailson Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 51st minute of play. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Eugênio de Carvalho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Roderick van Boxel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 0-2 in the 76 minute of play. With an all-out effort, Breguete FC's Marcos Cotilla threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eugênio de Carvalho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 82 minutes Breguete FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Abraham Alguacil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Breguete FC's Jailson Soares did a great save. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jailson Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Alguacil struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Jailson Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Breguete FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
