Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taco Van Der Hoorn, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 14th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vasco Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Vasco Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasco Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 35th minute of play. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taco Van Der Hoorn in the 36th minute of play. Vasco Goycochea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cassius Byrne was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Edward Mcdonald hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 54th minute of play forced ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's goalkeeper Vasco Goycochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Dudevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Vasco Goycochea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edward Mcdonald showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 69 minute of play. The throw-in from Ronaldo Cosme in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by USA's Edward Mcdonald. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Taco Van Der Hoorn. But to his dismay, Taco Van Der Hoorn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ made a substitution. Enrique Domingues replaced Taco Van Der Hoorn. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Vasco Goycochea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 94th minute. After 95 minutes of play ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Kauã Nascimento was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
