Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ádám Soós in the 9th minute of the match. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustín Saelices scored 1-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norman Grieve, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Grnd Juventus NNNL's Norman Grieve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
